Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our stickers. Please inspect your order upon reception. If a sticker arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@sticktopus.co.uk with a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Application Errors
Please note that we are not responsible for damage to stickers caused by improper application or surface preparation. [Optional: Refer to our Application Guide for best results.]
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a defective or damaged item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
